Looks like our host company is switching to PHPbb3 and I have no say in it. I do not understand it and I am sure stuff is not going to work once it changes. I am trying to figure it out now but just be ware it is gonna get all FUBAR pretty soon. I'll figure it out but I am sure I will make many mistakes and I don't know if the portal and permissions are gonna work like they did. Anyone know phpbb3? if so I will give admin rights to you so you can help me sort this all out once it all goes down. Tony |

Well it looks as though Freeforums has nutered the phpbb3 and most of what we have here can not be duplicated. I am trying to find another host for us and maybe I can transfer some on this to it. I don't know this really bites that they are so bull headed that they will commit E suicide in the name of security. |

Crap. Don't know anything about phpbb3, not really a coder. (Not 100% sure but this might be useful: http://www.simplemachines.org/ ) Think that's more if you want to design a new forum from scratch and pay for hosting :S. |

well tomorrow is the day and I guess we will find out just how F'd up it gets. I think the forum well be ok just won't have the right template. The portal on the other hand is supposed to get really screwed up if it works at all. |
